To register your child's birth, save the birth registration form within 45 days of the birth of the child in Union Parishad or Union Council website. What to bring about birth control.
1. Photocopy of baby TT ticker card.
2. Photocopy of father, Mother's Voter ID card, and ID card will be born with photocopy of birth registration.
3. Completely complete the birth registration form in Bengali and erregi characters.

4. Verify the authenticity of your WAD member, the U.P. Secretary, and the Chairman's signature by completing the birth registration form.

5. Contact the UP Secretary when all the above work is done.
